What You Will Do

* Plan and schedule any concrete pours and rebar installation with area foreman.
* Verify forms and concrete are set within client specifications.
* Coordinate with other area GF's on planning and laying forms and rebar.
* Must be competent with excavations, trenching, and soil.
Must be able to plan equipment, soil treatment, and safety considerations for all planned civil work.

* Identify residents before providing care or treatments using wristbands or photo cards.
* Report all changes in resident condition, incidents, or accidents to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
* Record resident care, observations, and activities accurately on charts and flow sheets.
* Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information, including protected health information.
* Assist residents with daily personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, dental care, and toileting.
* Ensure residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently and that call lights are answered promptly.
* Assist with resident mobility including lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
* Provide restorative and rehabilitative care as instructed.
* Maintain clean and organized resident rooms and ensure comfort and dignity of residents at all times.
* Observe and report signs of pressure injuries or skin breakdowns immediately.
* Assist with meal service—help residents with food identification, feeding, and recording intake.
* Follow all infection control and safety procedures.
* Support residents emotionally and create a warm, friendly, and calm environment.
* Report all allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property immediately.
* Uphold residents' rights, including their right to refuse treatment, and report such refusals appropriately.
Qualifications
* Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
* Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state laws.
* Current CPR certification preferred.
* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
* Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care.
Physical Requirements
* Must be able to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
* Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
* Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents in emergencies.
