We are searching for the Best talent for IMUAM Deployment Manager

The IM UAM Deployment Manager provides leadership and delivery accountability for UAM deployment activities within the J&J Innovative Medicine (IM) UAM team.

This role is responsible for managing individual Transcend S/4HANA releases and other UAM projects from PI execution through testing, cutover preparation and execution, go-live, hypercare, and transition to steady state.

The role combines people leadership, stakeholder management, project governance, issue resolution, and functional expertise in authorization design, Segregation of Duties (SoD), access governance, and compliance within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
