Key Responsibilities:



* Oversee the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through final completion


* Develop and manage schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and cost forecasts


* Coordinate with Superintendents, Engineers, subcontractors, and clients


* Handle contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation


* Conduct site visits and ensure alignment with plans, timelines, and safety standards


* Proactively identify and mitigate risks and field challenges


* Ensure environmental and regulatory compliance


* Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders


* Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of accountability and improvement

Qualifications:




* 10+ years in heavy civil or marine construction, with at least 3 years in project management


* Expertise in pile driving, dredging, cofferdam construction, and marine foundations


* Ability to lead diverse teams and manage subcontractors on complex projects


* Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6


* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (required)


* PMP, CCM, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)


* Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed

Preferred Experience


* Managing construction of marine structures such as piers, docks, or offshore platforms
