Job Responsibilities


* Oversee and implement infection prevention and control programs in compliance with state and federal regulations


* Conduct infection surveillance, data tracking, and reporting


* Educate staff on best practices for infection control and prevention


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff


* Stay up to date on infection control regulations and implement necessary policy updates

Qualifications


* Active LVN license in California


* Previous infection control or long-term care experience preferred


* Strong knowledge of CDC, CMS, and CDPH infection control guidelines


* Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about resident safety
