ROLE OVERVIEW:

Develops and maintains customer relationships with the goal of increasing sales.

Leads a team of sales professionals with the same goals.

 Prepares budgets, rebates, and presentations for customers.

Creates reports for internal and external customers and provides analytics related to various sales metrics.

Develops pricing strategies and implements price increases.

Identify and implement margin improvement opportunities.

 Contributes to the development of functional strategy. 

Key Responsibilities 


* Regional leadership of commercial IPG sales team


* Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within region


* Work with regional operations directors for implementing best growth strategy and customer mix


* Work with VP of Sales and IBP for ensuring on-time deliveries


* Increasing regions CSI and NPS scores / customer satisfaction


* Lead enterprise sales opportunities across region


* Work with marketing and other cross-functional teams to increase opportunity pipeline


* Lead Generation for new IPG and BB&C opportunities


* Utilize and develop team’s use of sales enablement tools


* Leading prospecting opportunities across region


* Team Selling: Being able to overlap with critical accounts.

Build deeper and stronger relationships.


* Assists sales leadership with customer relationship building and making customer presentations.


* Works to increase sales and build long term relationships by promoting the sales of all products.


* Promotes favorable working relationships between internal and external customers and stakeholders.


* Prepares contracts and budgets for accounts and calculates rebates for customers.


* Generates reports for account representatives and customers.

Provides management with sales analytics related to budgets, sales achievements, and market penetration.


* Develops pricing and strategies to meet customer needs and/or reduce production costs.

Implements price increases.


* Supports the development of functional strategy.


* Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience 


* Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of experience including 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
