Process Technician-2nd Shift

The Process Technician serves as the primary technical resource during off shift and is responsible for monitoring and improving the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities Provide technical support to production teams during off-shift operations.Troubleshoot process, equipment, and product quality issues to minimize downtime.Monitors critical process parameters and ensure compliance with established process standards.Lead process adjustments and optimization efforts to improve throughput, yield, and product consistency.Support start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers, and new product introductions.

Investigate process deviations, scrap generation, and customer quality concerns.Work with Maintenance to diagnose and resolve equipment-related process issues.Support implementation and sustainment of Lean Manufacturing and 5S initatives.Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements.Coordinate production priorities with Shift Supervisors and Operations leadership.Support achievement of plant KPIs including OEE, downtime, yield, throughput, and on-time delivery.Maintain safe work practices and promote compliance with all company safety.Other duties/responsibilities as assigned, or apparent.
