Position Summary: The multistate Tax Supervisor oversees the technical and procedure-based aspects of the payroll tax function and provides training, support, and supervision to the Tax team.

The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team and for providing direction to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of payroll tax activities across multiple states and local jurisdictions, including filings, deposits, reconciliations, audits, and agency correspondence.

The Tax Supervisor will stay current and ensure compliance and accuracy of policies and procedures in relation to tax related changes and software platform updates (CYMA, Annkissam, MasterTax, etc.).

The Supervisor will work closely with other departments at ARIS such as bookkeeping, enrollment, payroll, and data entry to ensure everything the team does is properly communicated to all necessary team members, and along with the Tax Specialists will provide interdepartmental guidance and support to the ARIS team.
