DEFINITION: The Billing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the billing, coding, and payment posting functions within Partnership Health Center (PHC).

This role ensures accurate and timely processing of claims, payments, adjustments, and billing information in the system, while leading a team of billing staff members.

The supervisor plays a key role in managing revenue cycle operations, ensuring compliance with billing protocols, and addressing issues related to payment discrepancies or coding errors.

The Billing Supervisor ensures that all billing information is posted correctly and promptly to facilitate accurate revenue recognition, minimize errors, and maximize cash flow.
