Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr.

Manager, Planning Tool, located in Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, or West Chester, PA

This role is a critical leadership position responsible for the vision, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise planning and forecasting platforms that support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes across the organization.

The individual will act as the business owner for planning technologies and partner closely with Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, Reporting, and Business stakeholders to enable world-class forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and performance management capabilities.

The successful candidate will provide leadership across the planning technology ecosystem and drive the evolution of digital planning capabilities, ensuring solutions remain scalable, integrated, user-centric, and aligned with business priorities.

While the underlying technology may include platforms such as Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud, OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, IBM Planning Analytics, or future planning solutions, the focus of the role is on business value and FP&A transformation rather than ownership of a specific technology platform.

Key Responsibilities


* Set and deliver the roadmap for enterprise planning and forecasting capabilities.


* Own planning platforms, processes, governance, standards, and best practices.


* Standardize processes, data, security, and user experience across the organization.



* Translate FP&A priorities and requirements into scalable solutions for budgeting, forecasting, long-range and workforce planning, scenario modelling, reporting, and performance analysis.
