We are seeking a visionary, value-driven Executive Human Resource Officer to oversee the development and implementation of human resources strategies across all facets of the organization.

In this pivotal role you will align HR initiatives with organizational objectives while cultivating an inclusive and engaging organizational culture.

By providing direction and cultural initiatives that enhance mission delivery, you will actively embed a "Best Place to Work" philosophy across the organization.

You will also serve as one of five Executive Administrators on the Executive Council to drive organizational strategic goals, effectively manage operations, and enhance overall organizational performance.

This collaborative effort is undertaken in partnership with the congregation's Leadership Team ensuring alignment with the core values and charism.
