Business Development Manager - Queensland

What will you do?
* Grow new services business from the installed base and maximize renewal rates for existing contracts
* Identify and pursue greenfield opportunities across consulting, recurring services, and modernization offerings
* Partner with customers as a trusted advisor to deliver tailored solutions for their unique business challenges
* Coordinate with internal teams and service partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences

* Account Management - intermediate level; growing relationships and expanding services within existing accounts

* Negotiation - intermediate level; closing contracts that balance customer needs with business objectives

* Industry Knowledge - intermediate level; understanding customer sectors to tailor services effectively
* Artificial Intelligence - developing level; leveraging AI tools to enhance sales insights and customer engagement
