VIE - Junior Customer Project Buyer - Regensburg

As a VIE - Junior Customer Project Buyer, you will join a dynamic procurement team and play a key role in building strong supplier partnerships while contributing to strategic sourcing and transformation initiatives.

You will be supported by experienced procurement professionals and gain hands-on exposure to real business challenges in a highly international environment.
Your Main Responsibilities


* Support the deployment of procurement strategies for a portfolio of suppliers and products within the cluster.


* Collaborate with category managers and operational teams to identify sourcing opportunities and improve supplier performance.


* Participate in supplier selection, qualification, and onboarding activities.


* Contribute to supplier transition projects, including supplier changes and continuous improvement initiatives.


* Help monitor supplier quality, delivery performance, and competitiveness, while participating in action plans when needed.


* Support supplier relationship management activities, including business reviews, performance tracking, and cross-functional projects.

Who Are We Looking For?


* Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering


* Up to 2 years of experience (including internships, apprenticeships, or graduate projects).


* Strong interest in procurement, supplier management, and project coordination.


* Good communication and relationship-building skills.


* Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and solve problems.


* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.


* Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities.


* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
