Senior technician II, Electrotechnology
Product Design & Development
* Execute product design activities, including creation and modification of drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on technical specifications.
* Develop 2D and 3D CAD models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design intent.
* Design parts and sub-assemblies in electromechanical and electrical systems.
Technical Execution & Autonomy
* Work independently under general guidelines to deliver design solutions.
* Propose and implement technical solutions within assigned scope.
* Utilize engineering tools, software, and databases for design execution.
Documentation & Compliance
* Create and validate BOMs, drawings, and related documentation.
* Ensure adherence to:
* Engineering drawing standards
* Industry and regulatory requirements
* Internal processes and industrialization rules
Maintain accurate and updated design records in systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Align designs with customer requirements and supply chain constraints.
* Collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility.
* Support internal stakeholders with design-related clarifications.
Verification & Validation Support
* Assist in test execution and validation activities in laboratories.
* Analyze test results and contribute to design improvements.
* Document and communicate findings through structured reports.
Continuous Improvement
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve:
* Design methods
* Tools & systems
* Product performance and reliability
Recommend and implement enhancements to engineering processes.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
* 3-7 years of experience in design engineering
