Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients.

Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).

Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

We are looking for a CBQ Business Solution Analyst, Within the Quotation CPQ Platform Team, you will contribute to the evolution of Schneider Electric's global quotation ecosystem spanning Oracle CPQ, Salesforce, SAP, PriceFx, document generation solutions, and other strategic integrations.

The role supports the digital transformation of the end-to-end Quote-to-Order journey across Transactional, Services, Equipment, and Project businesses.

What will you do?



* Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable end-to-end solutions within the CPQ ecosystem.



* Lead business process design workshops and define future-state processes across multiple business units and countries.



* Drive solution design across Oracle CPQ and its integrations with SAP, Salesforce, pricing, document management, and orchestration platforms.



* Partner with developers, architects, deployment leaders, and integration teams to ensure successful delivery of global initiatives.



* Support strategic programs such as UNIFY and future quotation transformation initiatives.



* Own specific capability domains such as document generation, integrations, AI-assisted quotation, UX/UI improvements, or automation initiatives.



* Contribute to release planning, testing strategy, deployment readiness, and adoption management.



* Ensure alignment with global quotation standards, reference models, and platform scalability objectives.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?



* University or Engineering degree, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Management.



* Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, Digital, or Business Transformation environments.
