The Role: HRBP Intern

As an HRBP Intern, you will support the Human Resources Business Partner team in delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives.

This internship offers hands-on experience in employee engagement, and learning initiative.

What will you do:


* Assist in implementing HR programs and initiatives aligned with business goals.


* Support employee engagement activities, surveys, and follow-up actions.


* Help coordinate training and development programs.


* Assist in HR data analysis and reporting .


* Participate in HR projects such as learning, onboarding, engagement topics.


* Provide administrative support for HRBP-related tasks and documentation.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee lifecycle processes.

What qualifications will make you successful:


* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.


* Strong interest in HR strategy, employee relations, and organizational development.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.


* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).


* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
