Manager-Supplier Quality

You'll manage supplier quality operations, lead problem-solving initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across our supplier base.

What will you do?


* Oversee daily supplier quality operations to ensure all materials and components meet stringent quality standards


* Lead structured problem resolution with suppliers to eliminate root causes and prevent recurrence


* Track and analyze supplier quality metrics to identify trends and drive performance improvements


* Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality and regulatory requirements

* Advanced Product Quality Planning - developing level; preparing quality plans that align supplier processes with our standards


* 8D Problem Solving - developing level; leading structured root cause analysis and corrective action with suppliers


* Supplier Quality Management - developing level; monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement


* Production Part Approval Process - developing level; validating supplier parts meet specifications before production


* Statistical Process Control - developing level; analyzing process data to identify trends and prevent defects


* PFMEA - developing level; assessing potential failure modes in supplier processes


* Measurement System Analysis - developing level; ensuring measurement tools provide accurate and reliable data


* Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing - developing level; interpreting technical drawings to verify part conformance
