Napa Valley Care Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing skilled nursing team in Napa, California.

CNA Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility


* Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence


* Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff


* Take and record vital signs as assigned


* Assist with meal service and hydration needs


* Maintain accurate documentation according to facility policies


* Help create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents


* Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications


* Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required


* Current BLS/CPR certification preferred


* Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Reliable, compassionate, and team-focused attitude


* Ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
