We're hiring a Senior OEM Field Sales Representative to drive growth through strategic partnerships and new customer acquisition.

What will you do?
* Develop and grow long-term relationships with targeted OEMs, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers
* Promote Schneider Electric's full portfolio of high-end solutions to drive continuous and profitable growth
* Collaborate with internal teams including Solution Centers, Customer Care, and Supply Chain to exceed customer expectations
* Guide customers through the buying journey while influencing end users and the broader ecosystem

* Account Management - intermediate level; managing OEM accounts to maximize retention and growth opportunities
* Consultative Selling - intermediate level; positioning solutions that align with customer business objectives
* Customer Relationship Management - intermediate level; building trust and long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
* Customer Targeting - intermediate level; identifying and prioritizing high-value OEM prospects
* Negotiation - intermediate level; closing deals that balance customer needs with business profitability
* Product Knowledge - intermediate level; articulating technical value propositions across our solution stack
* Sales Funnel Management - intermediate level; tracking opportunities and moving deals through the pipeline
* Strategic Prospecting - intermediate level; uncovering new business opportunities within target OEM segments
