Are you a creative, high-energy person who loves bringing joy to seniors? NHC Lexington is looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and lead activities that keep our residents active, engaged, and smiling.

If you have a positive attitude, a great sense of humor, and want a job where you actually make a difference every day, we want to talk to you.
What you'll do:


* Help lead fun, therapeutic activities that meet our residents' physical, social, and emotional needs.


* Spend quality, one-on-one time with individual patients who need extra engagement.


* Assist the Director with community events, fundraising, and the center newsletter.


* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and your coworkers while following the 20 Better Way Promises.

What you need:


* High school diploma or GED.


* A genuine love for working with the elderly.


* Self-motivation, patience, and a professional presentation.


* Flexibility to work changing hours, including some evenings and weekends for special events.


* Ability to stand/walk for 2-5 hours a day and lift up to 60-70 lbs occasionally.
