* Saturday - Monday: PM Shift


* Tuesday & Wednesday: AM Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Peninsula Post-Acute is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

This important role supports both housekeeping and laundry operations while ensuring the facility consistently meets cleanliness and infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Janitor at Peninsula Post-Acute, you will help ensure a clean, comfortable, and sanitary environment throughout the facility.

Daily Duties Include:


* Maintain a consistent supply of clean linens for resident care and comfort


* Inspect linens and remove damaged or stained items from circulation


* Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and recreational spaces


* Sweep, mop, dust, buff, and disinfect floors and surfaces


* Clean windows, mirrors, and fixtures


* Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility


* Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols at all times


* Assist with deodorizing and disinfecting according to facility standards and policies

Qualifications


* High School Diploma or GED preferred


* Minimum of one (1) year of janitorial, housekeeping, or related experience preferred


* Strong attention to detail and reliability


* Ability to work independently and seek assistance when needed


* Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe healthcare environment
