This role is responsible for helping maintain the facility, equipment, and grounds in a safe, clean, and efficient manner to support a comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Schedule


* Full-Time

Pay Range

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE
Key Responsibilities


* Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility and grounds


* Complete daily work orders and follow assigned maintenance schedules


* Maintain outdoor areas including walkways, parking lots, and landscaping


* Assist with basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks


* Replace light bulbs, maintain fixtures, and ensure overall facility functionality


* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment


* Report safety hazards, equipment issues, and incidents promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor


* Coordinate tasks in resident areas with nursing staff to minimize disruption


* Follow all safety regulations, infection control practices, and facility policies

Qualifications


* Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred, ideally in a healthcare or SNF setting


* Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work


* Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently


* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


* Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements


* Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials


* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
