Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Minimum of one to two years of experience providing exceptional customer service over the phone and through email; experience in benefits preferred.
