Key Account Manager (Parental Cover)
About the Role
This is a parental leave cover role with a fixed-term duration
As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you take ownership of specific National Accounts within EcoXpert program (Elephant partners) in Digital-led segment (Real Estate, Healthcare, Public & Educational).
Are you passionate about building strong partnerships and driving business growth? As a Key Account Manager (KAM) at Schneider Electric, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of key national accounts within our EcoXpert partner program.
In this role, you'll shape and execute growth strategies, collaborate across teams, and bring our full range of solutions to life for customers in sectors like real estate, healthcare, and public services.
You'll play a key role in positioning Schneider Electric as a trusted advisor, helping customers solve real challenges and succeed.
What will be your scope?
Manage one or more key EcoXpert partner accounts
Operate at a national level across Norway
Report to the Country Transactional Manager
What will you do?
* Take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts and grow them sustainably
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including senior stakeholders
* Identify opportunities and deliver solutions that create real customer value
* Develop and execute account strategies aligned with Schneider Electric's goals
* Collaborate with internal teams and specialists to deliver the best solutions
* Lead engaging sales presentations and conversations with customers
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead
* Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and account development activities
* Drive cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless delivery and excellence
* Identify and develop new customer opportunities within your segment
What will make you successful?
Education
* A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience)
Language Skills
* Fluency in English
* A Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is highly valued
Experience
* 5-8 years in sales, business development, or a similar role
* Proven track record of growing accounts and winning new business
* Experience working in international or cross-functional environments is a plus
Skills
* Strong commercial mindset with experience in complex solution selling
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into compelling solutions
* Confident negotiator with a focus on creating win-win outcomes
