* Creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
* Ability to adapt, solve problems, and think on your feet
* A genuine passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life
Physical Requirements
This is an active role that includes frequent standing, walking, and engaging with residents.
You may occasionally assist with lifting (up to 50 lbs) and supporting residents during activities and outings.
Work Environment
You'll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with a focus on compassion, respect, and resident-centered care.
The setting is typically calm to moderately active, depending on scheduled activities.
