Centerville Post Acute is looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our night shift team.

🕖 Full-Time Nights — 7PM to 7AM

Responsibilities:


* Provide direct nursing care to residents


* Administer medications and treatments


* Monitor and report changes in resident conditions


* Maintain accurate documentation


* Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care

Qualifications:


* Current Ohio LPN License


* Long-term care experience preferred, but not required


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate and resident-focused attitude
