Centerville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Weekend Warrior Team! If you are passionate about resident care and looking for premium weekend pay in a supportive environment, we would love to have you on our team.

🕖 Weekend Warrior — 7AM to 7PM

Responsibilities:


* Provide quality nursing care to residents


* Administer medications and treatments


* Monitor and document resident conditions


* Communicate with healthcare team members and families


* Ensure compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications:


* Current Ohio LPN License


* Long-term care experience preferred, but not required


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
