Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Salary: $19-$27

Schedule: Full Time, PRN, 12 Hour Shifts

Responsibilities
+ Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
+ Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature.
+ Support medication administration under supervision and ensure proper documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner.
+ Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral health support.
+ Maintain aseptic techniques during procedures such as catheter care and wound management to prevent infection.
+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in diverse environments such as hospitals (including ICU, trauma centers, PICU), long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, hospice settings, and outpatient clinics.
+ Assist with medical procedures like phlebotomy or basic life support when required; operate medical equipment safely and effectively.
+ Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of patient service and confidentiality.
+ Support patients with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs by providing compassionate caregiving tailored to individual requirements.
+ Document patient information accurately in medical records and ensure seamless communication across care teams.

Experience
+ Proven experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in settings such as hospitals (including Level I & II trauma centers), nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care environments.
+ Critical care experience in ICU or emergency medicine is highly valued.
+ Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks or similar platforms for documentation purposes.
+ Experience with specialized populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, behavioral health patients, or those requiring memory or dementia care.
