* Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)


* Location: Walnut Creek, CA (Rossmoor Area)


* Compensation: $45.00-$52.00/hour DOE


* Setting: Stable In-House Therapy Program


* New Graduates: Encouraged to apply — hands-on mentorship provided

Your Role & Impact


* Provide therapeutic treatments under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist (OTR)


* Help residents improve daily living skills, independence, and overall function


* Accurately document treatments and resident progress in compliance with state practice standards


* Collaborate closely with nursing staff, restorative aides, therapists, and families


* Support discharge planning through caregiver education and home program instruction


* Contribute to a strong rehabilitative environment through teamwork and communication

Qualifications
