Responsibilities

As a CNA at East Bay Post Acute, you will play an essential role in supporting residents with daily care and comfort.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Taking and recording vital signs
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship
• Assisting nurses with patient care and documentation as needed

Qualifications

✔ Current California CNA certification required
✔ Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced post-acute environment
