Your Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at Tice Valley Post Acute, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting resident well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring resident conditions and completing thorough patient assessments
• Communicating observations and changes in condition with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and performing clinical procedures including wound care, injections, and vital signs
• Maintaining accurate charting and documentation
• Providing compassionate care while promoting resident comfort and safety

Qualifications

✔ Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
✔ Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
✔ Ability to excel in a fast-paced post-acute setting
✔ Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient-centered care
