Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

* Bachelor's degree Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field required.


* Minimum 3 of progressive financial analysis experience, with 1 year in the senior housing, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, or related industry highly desired.


* Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly valued, but not required.


* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL, Oracle, SmartView/Ess-base or similar platforms).


* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.


* Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
