Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented intern to support the Customer Care Center (CCC) during a period of increased activity driven by key business projects, including the PO/SO system go-live and the transition of DC Smarlog to Unify.
The intern will play an important role in helping manage a higher volume of customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of service is maintained across both commercial and logistics-related topics.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the CCC team in handling customer inquiries (via email, phone, or internal systems)
* Assist customers with logistics-related questions, including:
* Delivery times and shipment status
* Documentation and order tracking
* Provide support on commercial inquiries, such as order-related questions and basic product/service information
* Help ensure timely and accurate responses to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, sales, operations) to resolve customer issues
* Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels during system transitions and peak workload periods
* Support administrative tasks and process improvements within the CCC
Profile
* Fluency in French or Dutch plus English
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
