Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients.

Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).

Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic digital and AI initiatives supporting Customer Support transformation at Schneider Electric.

Working within Schneider Digital, the role orchestrates the full lifecycle from discovery phase to global deployment and value realization, delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance frontline agent efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.

The Project Manager acts as a program orchestrator across business, product, and operation teams, ensuring strong alignment, execution excellence, and measurable business impact across regions.

What will you do:

1.

End-to-End Program Delivery


* Own the full project lifecycle: discovery - scoping - pilot - rollout - closure


* Define and drive scope, roadmap, and success criteria definition and realization


* Ensure delivery against timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives


* Establish and maintain project governance (SteerCo, reviews, reporting)


* Lead risk, issue, dependency, and change management

2.

Digital & AI Solution Delivery


* Translate business needs into scalable digital / AI use cases


* Coordinate with product and technical teams on:
+ Solution design and architecture
+ Data flows and system integrations
+ MVP / pilot definition and execution


* Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery

3.

Stakeholder Alignment & Governance


* Align a complex ecosystem (business leaders, product teams, regions, support functions)


* Drive decision-making, transparency, and milestone alignment


* Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve cross-functional dependencies
