Inventory Operator

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Operator to join our warehouse team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:



* Ensure system accuracy for stock movements.


* Support continuous improvement in inventory processes.


* Coordinate with Stores and Goods In for stock accuracy.


* Managing stock returns from production line


* Root cause analysis and CAPA


* Stock management in WM and 3PL storage


* Ensuring yearly ABC counts


* SAP WMS experience


* Controlling and maintaining master data


* Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.

Key Responsibilities


* Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels


* Carry out stock counts and cycle counts on a regular basis


* Record and update inventory data using warehouse management systems (WMS)


* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies


* Receive, check, and store incoming goods


* Ensure stock is stored safely and in the correct locations


* Work closely with warehouse team leaders and supervisors


* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment


* Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies

Requirements


* Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred


* Good attention to detail and accuracy


* Experience with SAP WMS (2 years)


* Microsoft office skills (including Excel, outlook, teams)


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Good communication skills


* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required

Desirable (Not Essential)


* Forklift licence , VNA


* Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
