What will you do:


* Monitor and interpret alarms and events from customer Energy Management Systems and Building Management Systems (BMS), providing swift corrective actions based on established protocols


* Generate detailed anomaly reports with actionable recommendations to enhance system performance and efficiency


* Perform remote diagnostics on equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues


* Identify and communicate potential sales opportunities to help customers optimize their operations


* Analyze technical service data to improve process efficiency and asset performance
