About the Role

Manages more complex documentation for real estate, commercial, and agricultural loans.

Works with relationship-based lending structures involving multiple pieces of collateral and various loan types.

Applies knowledge of diverse regulations and documentation requirements, including real estate-specific rules and collateral layering.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

* Enters borrower and loan information in the loan documentation system for consumer, real estate, commercial, and agriculture loans.

Ensures all required fields are completed accurately and the system generates correct documents in compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards.


* Conducts in-depth reviews of complex loan documents to confirm they are complete and accurate.

Applies advanced knowledge of collateral structures and lending regulations to support accurate and compliant document generation.


* Transfers finalized loan data into the core accounting system for all loan types, carefully reviewing lender instructions to ensure consistency and prevent downstream errors.


* Independently troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex issues, collaborating with other departments to correct data issues and ensure compliance with lending instructions and regulatory standards.


* Manually reviews incoming loan payments that cannot be processed through automation, such as overpayments or payments with special instructions.

Follows established procedures to determine appropriate handling and ensure accurate processing.
