The Stoneleigh has recently completed a $20.0M renovation, and has relaunched as part of Marriott's prestigious Autograph Collection.

All 176 rooms and public areas have been renovated, including our restaurant, Lions Den, and our bar, Bar Leonessa.

Lions Den is the new home of the next restaurant from awarding-winning chef, Chef Michael White.

Chef Michael White has many culinary accolades including the James Beard award; 5 simultaneous Michelin stars; and multiple New York Times 3-star and 4-star reviews.

Chef Michael White's concepts at The Stoneleigh include, the Lions Den, where each dish is composed with care, weaving together seasonal ingredients, global inspiration, and a distinctly Dallas spirit.

Lions Den will be opening on May 1st, 2026.

Overview

Assist the General Manager and Director Human Resources in the administrative functions required for effective management of the hotel.
Greeting internal and external guests to the property, administer company benefits programs, conducting enrollments, answering questions and troubleshooting problems.

Coordinates meeting set-ups and performs minute taking, transcribing and distribution of the following: Executive Committee, Staff Meeting, and Miscellaneous Meetings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



* Assists General Manager in all aspects of the Executive Office.


* Coordinates meeting set-ups and performs minute taking, transcribing and distribution of the following: Executive Committee, Staff Meeting, and Miscellaneous Meetings.


* Performs special requests of the General Manager such as travel arrangements (flight and room).


* Performs telephone duties, which require answering telephones, messages, forwarding calls to appropriate person, assisting caller in resolving questions.


* Handles individual reservations for VIP clients.

Ensure that all arrangements, including upgrades, special request and amenities are handled properly, coordinating with other departments through oral and written instruction.


* Assist associates whenever possible with requests and/or information.

Attempt to answer associate questions and/or address associate concerns in a timely manner.


* Assist in the recruiting, screening and interviewing for all management and non-management hotel positions.
