CADWorx Systems Specialist

Your Job

The CADWorx Systems Specialist supports OPD engineering operations by maintaining controlled CADWorx software environments, catalogs, and specifications.

This role ensures consistency, configuration control, and data integrity between CADWorx, CMS, and OPD standards to enable accurate modeling, material extraction, and downstream engineering and procurement workflows.

What You Will Do



* Set up and maintain CADWorx project environments using approved OPD standards and templates


* Support CADWorx specifications, catalogs, PRJ and PSL files, Isogen settings, and related project configuration files


* Troubleshoot CADWorx, specification, catalog, modeling, Isogen, BOM, and data-related issues


* Support data integrity checks to improve isometric quality, BOM accuracy, and downstream project execution


* Create and maintain organized documentation, standards, and controlled files


* Ability to communicate and partner with designers, engineers, project teams, and automation support groups

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Understanding of piping materials, components (valves, fittings, flanges, bolting)


* Understanding of piping design, isometric generation, and piping material data


* Experience with BOM extraction, data validation, Excel, SQL, or automation tools is a plus

What Will Put You Ahead



* Familiarity with Isogen configuration and troubleshooting


* Experience working with CADWorx Plant Professional


* Creating specifications, catalogs, and project setup within CADWorx
