What you’ll do
* No two days are the same!! One day you may be supporting a customer with a Hap workbook within a service the next day you may be doing the same out in the community enjoying a coffee at the same time.
* You will be working with Customers from a whole range of backgrounds, some with complex support requirements so every day will be different and may not go as you planned.
* If you do find yourself with some spare time you will be promoting the HAP, calling potential customers and promoting Home Achievement Program with relevant external agencies.
* Being proactive and ensuring that all customers engaged have clear and achievable expectations for submitting completed workbooks and clear guidance for future involvement with the HAP.

You have
* A passion to support our customers to live their best life, working collaboratively with an eye for detail.
* The energy and drive to support our customers to learn new skills and improve confidence.
* The ability to work on your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* The ability to monitor your own and learner's performance.
* Suitable learner Qualifications preferred but not essential.

The practical bits
* 25 hours per week work pattern with the option to manage your own diary.
* Although you may at times lone work, we do get together regularly [in the daytime] for training and team meetings.
* Able to use technology to support your customers, complete online training and to collaborate with your colleagues.
* You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
* At times there may be a need to travel to meet our customers.
To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.
The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!
