Position Overview: The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various departments to meet the company's hiring needs.
The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and integrating top talent into the organization, while leveraging data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in recruiting outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
* Develop recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and fill job openings.
* Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
* Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
Onboarding:
* Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively into the company culture.
* Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, procedures, systems, and resources.
Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
* Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
* Collaborate with HR and management to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and onboarding processes.
Compliance, Reporting & Analytics:
* Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes comply with applicable laws and company policies.
* Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
* Generate reports on recruitment metrics, onboarding feedback, and employee retention data.
* Analyze recruiting trends, labor market insights, and talent pipelines to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Develop dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sourcing strategies, improve hiring efficiency, and support workforce planning.
