* High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution


* Minimum of 3 years' experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing environment


* Minimum of 1-year experience supervising/managing a team.


* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Associates degree from an accredited institution;


* Previous training via a trade school;


* 5 years' experience supervising/managing at team;


* Experience with mechanical systems maintenance


* Experience in electrical, automation and control systems maintenance


* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle


* Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)


* Experience managing with the parameters of a collective bargain agreement
