* High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
* One year of relative work experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
* Must be able to function using Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel programs.
* Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of AS9100 standards.
* Experience in internal auditing.
* Five years of relative work experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of investment casting process flow.
