Staff Relief LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse

Seeking a Staff Relief LPN to Provide Individual Care Pre and Post-Surgical Patients.

PRN coverage for daytime hours between 6:30AM-5PM in ambulatory care settings.

Pay is $36 per hour.



* Must have non-restricted NC or compact RN license


* Must have one year of LPN direct patient care experience including  wound care and catheter care.


* Preference given to those with phlebotomy and IV therapy certification and experience.

 


* Behavioral health background a plus also!

Responsibilities:


* Provide individualized nursing care


* Maintain infection control and a safe environment for patient care


* Administer medications 


* Provide wound care


* Provide catheter care with in/out caths


* Respond to medical emergencies and perform basic life support as needed.


* Provide patient education


* Draw labs if needed
