The Opportunity:



* Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)


* Location: Peninsula Post-Acute — Burlingame, CA


* Rate: $ 40.00-$ 44.00 per hour (Based on Experience)


* Part Time - NOC Shift

* Personalized Rehabilitation: Deliver high-quality nursing services tailored to each resident's recovery goals.


* Critical Thinking: Make independent clinical decisions and apply critical thinking to ensure the best patient outcomes.


* Clinical Communication: Maintain clear and accurate documentation; communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families.


* Treatment Implementation: Follow clinical instructions with precision and implement physician orders to support the rehabilitation process.


* Compassionate Care: Serve as a dedicated team player, providing support to both residents and fellow staff members.

Qualifications:



* Licensure: Must possess a current, valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.


* Passion for Seniors: A genuine heart for working with the geriatric and post-acute population.


* Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written English is required.
