Position Summary

Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team on a part-time basis.

We have day, evening, and night shifts available, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities


* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team


* Accurately document nursing care and observations


* Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and other staff to ensure optimal resident care


* Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Qualifications


* Current LVN license in good standing


* Strong clinical and communication skills


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required


* Reliable and compassionate approach to patient care
