Your Role & Responsibilities


* Personalized Care: Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to our residents' needs.


* Clinical Observation: Monitor resident status and provide clear, timely updates to supervisors.


* Responsiveness: Respond promptly to call lights with a helpful and positive attitude.


* Coordination: Assist with the smooth transition of admissions, transfers, and discharges.


* Daily Support: Support mealtime logistics and maintain an efficient department flow.

Qualifications


* Licensure: Must hold a current, valid California CNA License.


* Advocacy: A genuine passion for patient advocacy and improving the quality of life for our residents.


* Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, rehab-focused environment.
