Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team.

Position Details


* Status: Full-Time


* Shifts Available: AM and PM


* Schedule: 4 days on / 2 days off rotation


* Location: Cypress Ridge Care Center


* Pay Rate: Starting at $50/hour DOE


* Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000

Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered


* Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly


* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff on assigned shifts


* Promote resident dignity, privacy, and person-centered care

Qualifications


* Active California RN license


* CPR/BLS certification required


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required


* Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills


* Compassionate, professional approach to resident care
