You’ll be supporting our amazing customers while picking and choosing the shifts you want to work.  

What you’ll do


* Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans 


* Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services 


* Support customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments


* Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews


* Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have


* A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this  


* Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail 


* Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally


* Experience of working on own initiative, remaining calm under pressure and having a resilient approach 


* A flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs, recognising that every customer is different

The practical bits


* Flexible working hours We pay £50 per sleep in shift


* To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.

The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!   


* Using technology for creating and updating support plans, doing mandatory learning and keeping in touch with colleagues


* You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
