VP, Global Aftermarket

Over the next 18 months, your primary responsibilities and Key Deliverables include, but are not limited to:



* Aftermarket Growth.
+ Define and execute a unified aftermarket strategy across Grain and Protein businesses
+ Build an operating rhythm and KPI system that improves profitability, service levels, and customer loyalty
+ Increase aftermarket revenue and contribution margins through customer experience improvements, channel alignment, and enhanced parts/service delivery
+ Strengthen GPT's value proposition by improving aftermarket responsiveness and reliability
+ Establish the blueprint to expand globally after achieving traction in North America


* Be a role model of the Winning Culture of GPT.

The role will be based out of our Assumption facility, our NA HQ.
