Under broad supervision, this role is responsible for generalizing conceptual knowledge to determine ways to solve a range of straight-forward problems and situations.

Contributes to defining and driving the product roadmap, managing priorities within cross-functional teams and supporting smart, data driven decisions to have the biggest business impact.

Supports the organization by developing and implementing product offerings and processes to scale the business.

Assists in the development of product strategy, supports operational plan and supports product enablement (marketing).

Essential Accountabilities


* Works under moderate guidance and direction, using standard procedures to make sound decisions.  Detailed instructions are given for new activities or special assignments.  Work is reviewed for soundness and technical judgment, overall adequacy, and accuracy.


* Provides product leadership role for small or medium-scale business lines or teams.


* Drives the implementation of new product offerings through clear communication, cross functional collaboration, and agile delivery.


* Leads the delivery of features and products that align with business strategy and vision and maximizes customer value.


* Represents the voice of the customer in various contexts.


* Gathers requirements, creates and refines epics, features and/or user stories and maintains, communicates, and prioritizes the product backlog.


* Gather, analyze, and evaluate data; obtain facts and explain complex information in the form of information flows and reporting.


* Develops concise business and system requirements, use cases and workflows to support new and enhanced business functionality for complex Federal Reserve and Treasury Systems.


* Prioritizes delivery impediments, product quality issues, and addresses risks.


* Develop and maintain the product roadmap.


* Displays a basic understanding of product line and functionality within business where used.
